• HRDD system implementation adapted to smallenterprises.• OSH and labour‑rights training for workers and owners.• Income and gender measures (predictable pay, cost‑reducing village services,targeted benefits for women‑managed expenses).• Village governance strengthening (BUMDes/village roles for supplier lists,information sharing, confidential feedback).• Light stewardship and traceability (geosite rules, stewardship groups,visitor/extraction logs, basic origin documentation for selected flows).• PMEL with a wage ladder and sex‑/age‑disaggregated indicators.
