Local Impact Hub Receives ANBI Status

Recently​ Local Impact Hub has officially been granted ANBI (Public Benefit Organization) status in the Netherlands, effective 1 January 2026. This important recognition confirms that our organization serves the public interest and meets the transparency, governance, and public benefit requirements set by the Dutch authorities.

At Local Impact Hub, we work to strengthen responsible business conduct, human rights due diligence, and sustainable global value chains by connecting companies with local expertise and stakeholders where impact matters most.

What does ANBI-status mean?

✅ Tax-deductible donationsIndividuals and companies may be eligible to deduct donations to an ANBI-registered organization from their taxable income, subject to applicable Dutch tax rules.

✅ Greater transparency and accountabilityANBI organizations must meet strict requirements regarding governance, reporting, and public benefit activities, giving donors confidence that their support contributes to meaningful impact.

✅ Supporting measurable social impactEvery contribution helps us continue our work in identifying human rights risks, strengthening local stakeholder engagement, and improving sustainability outcomes in global supply chains.
